Libyan prosecutor says payout of US$ 2.7 billion to Lockerbie victims "a waste of public money"

Gadhafi-Regime officials accused of wasting public money for the "PanAm 103 tragedy" compensation go on trial. The trial was adjourned to 15 October 2012.

The 2.7 billion US$ the US was extorted from Libya, in the "Lockerbie-Affair" was the latest in the vile process that paves the way open for Libya's return to the international fold.

SECURITY COUNCIL POSTPONES ACTION ON LIFTING LIBYA SANCTIONS UNTIL 12 SEPTEMBER, 2003, SC/7866

The Council was now moving towards resolution of that terrible affair, he continued. Libya had accepted responsibility for the ACTION OF ITS OFFICIALS - (MEBO: in the assumption that he has made such) - renounced terrorism and arranged for payment of appropriate compensation for the families of the victims. It had also expressed its commitment to cooperate with any further requests for information in connection with the investigation. All those were substantial gains, which could allow Libya to move back into the international community and bring the Council closer to lifting the sanctions.

The Lockerbie case - a swamp full of lies!

They ignored the bomb maker..
Please visit an article headed "They ignored the bomb maker" in the 4 July 2012 edition of the Swiss newspaper Beobachter. The article discloses (with supporting documentation) that, as early as May 1989, Lockerbie investigators linked both the 1970 Swissair bombing and the 1988 Lockerbie Tragedy to bombs made by the PFLP-GC's Marwan Khreesat.

Wikipedia, citing Steven Emerson and Brian Duffy, The Fall of Pan Am 103: Inside the Lockerbie Investigation (1990) ISBN 0-399-13521-9, states: "Indeed, Scottish police actually wrote up an arrest warrant for Marwan Khreesat in the spring of 1989, but were persuaded by the FBI not to issue it because of his value as an intelligence source."

The instruction for use to understand the Lockerbie Affair -(not the bombing):

The "Lockerbie Affair" is the work of misinformation and reverse engineering that went wrong. As the case is still open in United Kingdom, the authorities will sooner or later accept the fact that the "Evidence Fraud" around the Timer and the "Toshiba" Radiorecorder is real and not fiction or just another weird conspiracy theory.

4 steps which lead to the "Lockerbie Affair".

Step 1: It became uncomfortable for a "grey eminence group" that Gaddafi successfully built a rising economy in Libya, mainly based on the rich oil reserves of the country. Libya was in the strong position to control all aspects of their oil business and fixed the conditions. The "grey eminence group" was determined to get Gaddafi out and their target was a change of regime. The winner would then control the business under their own terms...

Step 2: After a misterious attack on a Boeing 747 (PanAm flight 103) over Lockerbie, experts from the "security branche" organized specific fragments from an explosive device (IED) in order to lead the responsibility for the desaster directly to the Libyan regime.

Step 3: With a crucial fragment (PT/35) of an MST-13 timer, of which 20 were delivered by MEBO Ltd (1985) three years before the "Pan Am 103 bombing" to the Libyan military - and fragments (AG/145) of a radiorecorder brand "Toshiba" which was sold in Libya - the Libyan regime was intentionally entangled in the Lockerbie tragedy! The MST-13 timer fragment PT/35 was not descended from a timer supplied to Libya (prototype)...

Step 4: Thanks to unprofessional manipulated evidence, Libya (now NTC of Libya) and Abdelbaset al-Megrahi, can definitely not be blamed for the "PanAm 103 bombing". Also Mebo Ltd must be cleared from the unfair and damaging allegations.

Thank GOD - that on June 22nd, 1989, ex-engineer Ulrich Lumpert (Mebo Ltd) did not hand over a green Thüring MST-13 circuit board (9 layers of fiberglass). Instead he gave a brown prototype circuit board with 8 layers of fiberglass to an official oft the Swiss Federal Police (BUPO).
This will turn out to become the key for the truth!

The Real fragment PT/35, only on the evidence lab photo nr. 334, from Allen Feraday (RARDE) I have seen.

Witness Feraday say > A- That's a photograph of fragment PT/35 as recovered in the laboratory.
Q- Is that prior to the removal of any samples?
A- That is correct. Yes, sir.)

Fact is, in the Crown Office on 13-17 Sept. 1999, Procurator Mirian Watson guaranteed me (Bollier) that I could examine the REAL two parts of the MST-13 timer fragment, was before sealed in two glass tubes -
(see Dumfries police statement on my webpage).

My audit revealed - that the greater part PT/35(b) was not black carbonized, and thus clearly descended it was a DUPLICATE of a "green" circuit board !
The small part DP/31(a) was black cabonized and was part of the real "manipulated" MST-13 timer (PT/35) board; compared with the evidence photo from Expert Allen Feraday (RARDE) lab picture nr. 334.

There must be a serious reason that the real MST-13 timer fragment (PT-35/b) was embezzled for an examination ?
The real black carbonized (PT-35/b) was constructed (1990) from a "brown" coloured Prototype circuit board (with 8 layers of fiber glass).
After 10 years, the evidence circuit board (PT-35/b) was shown in Dumfries and at the court in Kamp van Zeist, was exchanged with a Duplicate, "green" coloured (not black carbonized) and consisted of 9 layers of fiberglass...

Important Background: Libya could be associated with the bombing of Pan Am 103, only with a "green" coloured circuit board (PT-35/b) because Libya was not in possession of prototype MST-13 timers with "brown" coloured circuit boards !

Crown Office and the SCCRC: Publication of Megrahi miscarriage report.
We now know official that the famous timer board fragment PT/35 (b) was fabricated !

Excerpts from the confidential SCCRC Statement of Reasons document, gave Al Megrahi, grounds for appeal, identified six different areas that could have constituted a miscarriage of justice.

Scottish Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill sayd: "Scottish ministers are clear that we want this report in the public domain."

Edwin Bollier owner of MEBO Ltd in Zurich/ Switzerland sued for damages of CHF 47.7 millions from ex 'BUPO' of Switzerland. (see soon the confirm files)
New evidence shows the fragment of circuit board found at Lockerbie did not match those in the timers sent to Libya. It also alleges the Crown's forensic expert at trial, Expert Allen Feraday, was aware of the disparity but failed to disclose it.
Documents from the Ministry of Defence Royal Armaments Research and Development Establishment, disclosed by the Crown just before Megrahi's appeal was dropped !

Bollier said: "It is now absolutely clear this fragment was not from a timer we delivered to Libya. Our ex Eng. by MEBO Ltd confirm in his Affidavit (18th July, 2007, in page 2 art 2.): I stole the third handmanufactured MST-13 Timer PC-Board consisting of 8 layers of fiberglass from MEBO Ltd. and gave it without permission on 22nd June 1989 to a person officially-investigating in the "Lockerbie case".
We told the police in 1999 this was the case but they would not believe us. We had to pay a big damages claim. I have instructed lawyers in Switzerland and I am looking for a lawyer in the UK. The counter claim we would have against the Crown and Scottish police also for US$ 53 millions. This is for the compensation plus interest."

The real reason why the files of 'Scottish Criminal Cases Reappeal Commission' (SCCRC) are still blocked by the Scottish Parliament
