THE LOCKERBIE CASE 1988 - 2019

31 years ago - 21st December 1988... A stormy winter night and flight PanAm 103 took off in Heathrow for a flight to the USA. The passengers on board feeling happy that they managed to get a flight in time to celebrate Christmas in the USA.

Shortly after 7 pm, the Jumbo jet disappeared from the radar screens... and crashed onto Lockerbie. What a tragedy! 259 passengers and crew lost their lives and 11 local people died on the ground. A major investigation started immediately.

Soon it was clear that a bomb detonated on board and caused the crash. The authorities suspected at first the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine – General Command (PFLP-GC), to be responsible for the bombing.

Later a small fragment of a timer was allegedly found in the Lockerbie area. It was traced back, to a timer delivered to Libya and soon they made Libya responsible for the bombing. A fraud! The MST-13 fragment turned out to derive from a non-functional prototype, never delivered to Libya...

At the Court in Zeist, Mr Abdelbasset Al-Megrahi was convicted and was put in jail. He was released after 8 years on compassionate grounds. He was suffering of cancer and passed away at his home in Libya.

Professor Köchler, a UN observer reported that the court case was politically motivated and resulted in a wrong verdict. The controversial testimony by Tony Gauci and the manipulated MST-13 fragment became key evidences in the case and lead unfortunately to a wrong conviction. Today we know that the judges at the court have been fraudulently deceived. The verdict is still valid and needs to be reviewed.

Edwin Bollier, the owner of Mebo Ltd., started an intensive fact finding mission and discovered several manipulations of the MST-13 fragment and lies at the court by officials, forensic experts and witnesses. Years after the trial, the SCCRC found six grounds for a possible miscarriage of justice. In 2017 the Megrahi family launched a new appeal which was accepted for a full review. If the examination by the SCCRC comes to the conclusion and confirms, that a miscarriage of justice occurred, they will forward the case to the Scottish Appeal Court. It is expected that this will take place in 2020.

After a “four years” investigation by Scottish Police “Operation Sandwood, the report has been delivered. The result is deeply disappointing as there will be no criminal prosecution. It seems that lying under oath by officials and forensic experts, at the Court in Zeist, was not important enough for a prosecution.

Did they wilfully oversee the false statements by some of the officials?

After the verdict of the Lockerbie court new unknown facts and secret documents emerged and they are leading to the conclusion that Mr. Abdelbaset Al-Megrahi and Libya had nothing to do with the Lockerbie bombing. Who is really responsible? There is speculation that Iran initiated the bombing as retaliation for a civil Iranian aircraft shot down by the US Navy.

We are convinced that the Scottish and US authorities know what really happened and who the real culprits are.

After 30 years it is high time, that they reveal the truth. There are serious grounds to believe that the Court in Zeist convicted Abdelbasset Al-Megrahi wrongfully, the Appeal Court will have no alternative but to revisit the case.

How the Original “black carbonized” MST-13 Timerfragment, registered as (PT35) was deceptively changed to a “green coloured” fragment (PT35B) by the Justiciary at the Lockerbie Court in Kamp van Zeist.

A crucial fact was accepted by the Scottish Judiciary in the 'Case Lockerbie' in 2000/01, at the court in Kamp van Zeist as "unfathomable mystery*"! (*Quote from the Court Transcript)

The "machination„ or the fraud of evidence started on May 12th, 1989, with an MST13 timer fragment - referred to as (PT35). This fragment was allegedly found in the Lockerbie area and discovered - among other things on the above date, at 'RARDE'. After the court, it turned out that the statements under oath about the discovery date were false.
(RARDE stands for the Royal Armament Research and Development Establishment (United Kingdom).

According to "staged" evidence, the circuit board (PT35) belonged to an MST13 timer which allegedly had activated the 'IED' (Improvised explosive device) and crashed flight PanAm 103 over Lockerbie. MST13 timers were sold by MEBO Ltd, 1985/86, two years before the 'Lockerbie tragedy', to the Military Procurement in Libya.
From the beginning, in the "Lockerbie trial" 2000/01, the Circuit Board (PT35) - was designated as (PT35B) with a large letter (B). This small alteration to “PT35B” is most important and was carried through the whole Lockerbie process, for demonstrable reasons – and a specific background.

Only through this "simple move to the letter B", the real "black carbonized" Circuit Board (PT35) No.1, as well as two other patchwork fragments No.2, - (PT35/a, DP31/a) and No.3, (PT35/b, DP31/a) – could be skipped to the "green-coloured" circuit board (PT35B) No.4, on the InfoGraphic. This Circuit Board (PT35B) was handed over by Scottish Police, lead by SIO, DI Stuart Henderson to the FBI Laboratory in Washington, in early June 1990, for forensic comparison.

Explanation: The intentional distractions from the first (PT35) Fragment No.1, 2 and 3 (see InfoGraphic) and the switch to a green Circuit Board No.4 had a major reason. The Circuit Board material of the original (PT35) was different from the MST13 timers delivered to Libya!

The first "black carbonized" fragment (PT35) derived from a handmade prototype MST13 timer, fabricated with eight 8 layers of fibreglass, and could not match a forensic comparison with the TOGO Timer (K-1). Only the replaced "green coloured" fragment (PT35B), fabricated with 9 layers of fibreglass, was 100% consistent with the so-called TOGO timer (K-1).

This type of MST-13 timer was delivered by Mebo to Libya. Only with this "machination", it was possible to accuse Libya of the involvement in the attack on PanAm 103. If they would have compared the original black carbonized fragment (PT35) as found in the Lockerbie area and not the (PT35B, the result of the comparison would have been completely different and without a chance to indict Libya and Abdelbasset al-Megrahi.

Detailed information will be published in the upcoming MEBO report.

The report is in its final stages and under review by legal experts, as it is part of the proposed “Criminal Complaint” against Police Scotland (Operation Sandwood).

Lockerbie PanAm103, Chronology over MST13 Timer Fragment PT35 to PT35B - the central piece of evidence in the Lockerbie case.

Dr Ludwig De Braeckeleer, is a Physicist & Lockerbie Researcher and has compiled the most convincing chronology of the most decisive piece of evidence of an MST13 timer fragment (PT35B) in the case of 'Lockerbie PanAm103' to date.
The chronology relies on official reports and documents from the FBI, Scottish Police, Swiss BUPO and BKA; as well as the Security Services CIA, MI5/6 and the Swiss NDB; In addition to this, Forensic Institutes such as FBI Laboratory USA, RARDE in the UK, and Institute (FOR) Zurich, HOLMES UK and SCCRC Statements and others are included.

Edwin Bollier, the owner of MEBO Ltd, Telecommunication in Switzerland - manufacturer of MST13 Timer – adds that behind the chronology with the PT35 Circuit Board was a hidden "double face".
After the PanAm103 assassination, on December 21, 1988, a politically indoctrinated 'Lockerbie affair' against the then Gaddafi regime in LIBYA, was 'fabricated'.

After the PanAm103 crash, two (2) independent investigative units, the official police, such as the FBI, Scottish Police, BKA and BUPO, and the Intelligence services, such as the CIA, MI5/6, BUPO, initially worked independently on the case. It was not until mid-1990 that the matter was discovered and after which the services cooperated.

Edwin Bollier, owner of MEBO Ltd Switzerland, which produced MST 13 timers between 1985 and 1986 and sold them to the Institute for Technical Investigation (ITU) in Bernau ex GDR and military procurement in LIBYEN, wants to use this "Investigation Report" " to uncover the machinations of a deliberately arranged evidence fraud that enabled the wrong Scottish verdict - to the detriment of LIBYEN, Mr Abdelbaset al Megrahi, MEBO Ltd, AirMalta and others.

The "Lockerbie Incident Control Delegation", led by Senior Investigating Officer Stuart Henderson, purposely deceived the FBI Laboratory with a manipulated sample of an MST13 Timer Fragment (circuit board) PT35/B, during a visit to Washington, USA, on 6th June 1990.

They are, to a great extent, responsible for the entire financial damage caused by the evidence fraud to the detriment against LIBYA , Mr Abdelbasset Al Megrahi, Edwin Bollier & MEBO Ltd!
The delivered, tampered MST13 Timer Fragment PT35 (alias PT35/B circuit board) was according to FBI Investigation Report No. 262-23, August 20,1990, certified as 100% identical by a forensic comparison with an MST13 timer (TOGO Timer K'1) who was delivered earlier by MEBO Ltd, to LIBYA.

If they would have compared the original MST-13 fragment (PT35) as found alleged in the Lockerbie area,the result would have been completely different and would not have led to the indictment against LIBYA!!!

Why by the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission - the guaranteed "Lockerbie Appeal" - is delayed again ? Is the Scottish Justice & Police afraid of the truth ?

In 1996 MEBO Ltd. offered a stunning 10 million USD reward for anyone providing new evidential information into the crash of Pan Am 103. In April, 1999, Edwin Bollier participated in a controversal American TV-program about the up-coming trial and the analysis of possible evidence and testimony.
As the Lockerbie bombing trial date came closer 1999, I, Edwin Bollier / MEBO Ltd became busier. From early 2000 I, released a series of highly controversal reports from myown investigation into Pan Am 103. Some reports were endorsed by well-known German scientists and institutions.

A few weeks later Ed Bollier and his co-op's were formally cited to appear as witnesses for the Crown at the Lockerbie bombing trial: Letter from the Crown citing Edwin Bollier, 2000.

April 2000: "While MEBO Ltd, already has more than sufficient proof that the alleged fragment from the MST 13-timer is fabricated from a non-functioning PC-board, it is no surprise at all that MEBO has meticulously researched any and all details....in the alleged explosion that allegedly caused the Pan Am 103 tragedy.... "Conclusion: "There was NO EXPLOSION inside container AVE 4041 PA on Pan Am 103, but in a 'bomb bag', between the aircraft wall and the container!"

Edwin Bollier then did it again. Less than a week before star of the trial Bollier dropped another of his reproachs, right in the middle of the legal preparations. He presented a 16-page report of forensic findings, based on expert analysisis of forensic photographs, to the Crown Office with request to investigate the report's findings.According to the Scottish SUNDAY HERALD and other newspapers, Bollier's reports threw the prosecution case into disarray and forced the adjournment of the Lockerbie trial for 12 long days.

Judges and the Crown raged against the publishing of the reports and said that Bollier's actions was close to contempt of court. For days media and prosecution grabbed each others throats fighting over the MEBO-reports.

One might think that MEBO should keep quiet and calm down on the report-publishing business after such massive criticism. Yet, late May Ed Bollier vowed to keep those reports coming, much to the anger of Solicitor General for Scotland, Baron Colin Boyd.

June 2000, Few days into June, Ed Bollier boldly demanded a total re-testing of the explosion investigation of Pan Am 103 in reliance to his published reports. In the press release below Bollier also released the names of the scientists and institutions that had helped him develop his explosion reports.

If we had had access to the FBI's secret documents as we did today, then we would have won for MEBO Ltd, the process in favor of LIBYA and Abdelbaset Al Megrahi.

We believe God will fix it soon...

Application for a personal meeting with Police Scotland in Scotland concerning the „Lockerbie affair“.

The report by “Operation Sandwood” came to the conclusion: “No criminality in handling of Lockerbie bombing investigation”. We are deeply disappointed about the findings of “Operation Sandwood” after 4 years of investigations.

Obviously several lies under oath by officials at the court of Zeist have been “overlooked” and documents and “Investigation Targets” supplied by us have obviously not been properly investigated.
For example, Engineer Lumpert was not contacted, although he made a crucial affidavit after the court in Zeist and new facts concerning the “scratch marks” on the Original MST-13 have not been sufficiently investigated! How and when was it possible that he had the Original fragment in his hands, before it was photographed at RARDE?

Our lawyers are preparing a criminal lawsuit against Scotland Police because it seems that the investigation was not properly conducted. It resulted in a preferential treatment of criminal handlings by officials and experts.

Before we proceed with the preparation for a criminal complaint, we would like to repeat an application for a personal meeting in Scotland. For several years since, I have been asking for a personal invitation by Police Scotland. Unfortunately it never happened up to now, although I sent many documents including detailed Investigation targets. I am still looking forward for a meeting with Police Scotland. (As I mentioned before we would cover our own travel and lodging expenses).

In a mail dated 14.May 2019 by CROWN (Lockerbie Team), on behalf of Scotland Solicitor General, Mrs. Alison Di Rollo, QC, we have been informed to contact Scotland Police directly.

Please let me know if a meeting could take place in Scotland in the coming days or weeks - and please confirm the receipt of this letter.

Death of Senior Investigating Officer of Lockerbie atrocity - PanAm103
Former Scottish Detective Chief Superintendent Stuart Henderson MBE passed away on January 31, 2019 - and will be announced 9 days later ...

We hold former Detective Chief Superintendent Stuart Henderson, Scottish Police, in best memory and express here our condolences to his Family and also to the Police in Scotland.

Apologies it is not appropriate here, but we also remember his responsibility - that Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi and Libya, could to this day be legally accused for the bombing on PanAm 103 over Lockerbie - by his lies and handing over a fake MST13 Timer Fragment (PT35/b) to the FBI/CIA on June 1990.

With the fake Circuit Board, (PT35/b) the FBI lab in Washington was deliberately deceived and putting it on the wrong track for Libya...

The evidence of the two manipulated MST-13 fragments has the potential to overthrow the Court verdict and lead to claims for compensation of around US $ 50 billion.
