Take back the SCCRC Application in the case
of Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed Al-Megrahi.
The Commission has already determined (28 June 2007) that Abdelbaset Al-Megrahi may have suffered a miscarriage of Justice in relation to his conviction and identified six grounds for referring the case to the High Court.
Added in the meantime, confirmed by MEBO AG, with new crucial relief evidence, about a crucial criminal manipulation of the MST-13 Timer circuit board (PT35) !

DOSSIER LOCKERBIE, END 2016:
After 28 years the bomb attack on PanAm 103 is still under investigation and it is still not clear who is finally responsible for it. The true facts behind the attack on PanAm 103 over Lockerbie with 270 victims, are still a well kept secret until today. The central reasons are as follows:
1st: A fraud of evidence of a Timerfragment MST-13 (PT35) > (PT35/a > PT35/b > DP-31/a).
A well organised secret operation and disinformtion activities, through a 'RESEDENCY' (disguised Intelligence Management) in order to blame Libya and Mr. Abdelbasset Al Megrahi, did lead to the so called "Lockerbie affair".
2nd: A well kept secret document (PII) under the pretext "National Security". At the first hearing on the 19th of October 2007 the Appeal court in Edinburgh suddenly confirmed after more than 3 months the existence of a document "under national security"; but keeps ist content closed.
Lord Advocate Elish Angiolini QC agreed on the 20th of February 2008 to open the secret document but the UK Government by Advocate General Lord Davidson, QC, - Westminster's representative in Scottish matters - refused so and argued that it was not in the public interest to release the secret document. He claimed higher national interests: "The national security was at stake"!!!
3rd: A wrong, but still valid verdict by the Scottish court against Mr. Abdelbasset Al Megrahi and Libya.
4th: The withdrawal of the Appeal by Al Megrahi (possible miscarirage of justice in 6 points according the SCCRC.
The withdrawal was influenced by a wrong diagnosis by doctors. He was told that he would live maximum 3 months !

Scottish 'Operation Sandwood'
Is a fatal impacting evidence fraud against Libya, in the case of Lockerbie - Pan Am 103, shortly before the enlightenment ?
A team of Scottish policemen, headed by a Chief Inspector, called Stuart Johnstone, is investigating the conduct of the entire Lockerbie case. Their investigation has been going on for three years. They are due to hand in a report late spring or early summer this year. It is quite possible that the Operation Sandwood report will recommend criminal charges against police, forensic scientists and lawyers for evidence tampering and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
Assistant Chief Constable Kate Thomson, in Scotland, must be the most crucial witness in the new Lockerbie - PanAm 103, investigation, "Operation Sandwood"!

For a assessment of a crucial piece of evidence on an MST-13 timer fragment (PT-35) for a circumstantial evidence process in the "Lockerbie case, Pan Am 103" against Libya and Abdelbaset al Megrahi, Edwin Bollier, owner of MEBO Ltd, in Switzerland, was was invited by the Crown Office ('Lockerbie criminal trial team' in Dumfries) an 13 Sept 1999, by Procurator Mirian Watson.
For a fateful (color determination) of two parts of MST 13 timer fragment "Patchwork" (PT-35/b) and (DP-31/a) - against Libya - Edwin Bollier, on Sept. 17, 1999, demanded by the Lockerbie criminal trial team, headed by Procurator Mirian Watson in addition to Procurator David Harvie, for a Crown witness, this was assured and Det. Kate Thomson (Dumfries police) was determined for that matter.
Let surprise us, what the Crown witness Det. Kate Thomson (meanwhile Assistant Chief Constable) before the Procuratoren Mirian Watson and David Harvie, stated in their true statement about colour of the presented real MST-13 Timerfragment (PT-35/b), and the second part (DP-31/a)...

Evidence of Fraud ! The reale MST-13 timer fragment (PT-35) allegedly discovered in Lockerbie, cannot be descended from a timer, produces with MEBO Ltd, or engineer Lumpert ! It is obvious that Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi and Libya have nothing to do with the attack on PanAm 103 over Lockerbie. Al Megrahi was innocent in prison 10 years - he remains the political victim No. 271.
